Mountie Awards Slated for June 3rd
The second annual "Mountie" awards show will celebrate Mountaineer athletic achievements over the past school year.

On Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009 in the McKenzie Theatre on the EOU campus, Eastern Oregon University athletics will have a big night to honor the achievements of the athletics programs with the second annual "Mounties".
It will be a night for honoring the best and brightest from the Eastern Athletics. Award will range from best individual players from each of the school's intercollegiate sports to the brightest student athletes. Awards for the night will include best game of the year, fan of the year, and many, many more accolades as we gather to recognize the steller season had by many student-athletes at Eastern. There will be a total of sixteen awards handed out throughout the night and will include both a video and picture montage that highlights the EOU athletics season. The public are welcome to attend the evening, but every attendee is asked to dress to impress. This is a FORMAL affair. The "Mounties"
The night will begin with a small gala for the nominees, coaches, and athletic staff featuring various snacks and/or desserts. Please come out support what has been a tremendous year in Mountaineer athletics!
