Gregg Named NAIA All-American

EOU senior ends career on the All-American second team

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. – Eastern Oregon University men's basketball player, Jordan Gregg, was named second team NAIA All-American.

The senior became only the second Mountaineer to be named to the second team. Mark Carollo was the first in 2008. Gregg averaged just under a double-double each outing with 15 points and nine rebounds a game.

The Lewiston, Idaho native scored in double figures 46 times in his two-year career at EOU, with 25 times coming this season. He scored at least 20 points in a game eight times during his time as a Mountaineer. Gregg had 16 double-doubles this season, and finished with 20 while at Eastern.

Gregg scored 484 of his 825 career points this season. He shot an impressive 57.9 percent from the field over his career, 59.9 percent this season. Gregg also grabbed 305 of his 526 rebounds this year.

Gregg was 10th in NAIA Div. 2 in field goal percentage, 13th in total rebounds, and 14th in total rebounds per game.

Eastern finished with its fourth straight 20-win season, and ended the year at the NAIA National Tournament for the third consecutive season.
